What is "Magic Switch"?


"Magic Switch" includes three pieces. Two that permanently close the switches that tell the PStwo the door is open, and one that pushes the disk break pad away from the disk. Used with the Swap Magic 3.3, this system allows you to play all your CD/DVD-R and imported games with the simple flick of a switch.

How do you install "Magic Switch"?


To install "Magic Switch" you simply open the door of the PStwo, and slot the three pieces in the appropriate places. You can view further instructions here.

How do you use "Magic Switch"?

To use "Magic Switch", all you need to is follow these three simple steps:

  1. Insert the Swap Magic 3.3 disk, and wait for the screen prompt.
  2. Remove the Swap Magic 3.3 disk, and insert your own CD-R/DVD-R or import.
  3. Press X on the controller, and start playing your game

What is "Slide Tool"?

 

The Slide Tool is a new product.  It works in conjuction with Swap magic discs and allows you to play backups and import games on your PS2.  There is no need to open your system.  Therefore you will not void your warranty. To see how to use the Slide Tool click here.
